Customer Requirements

Staff and customers had been using the stairs to carry trays and other materials between floors. This was not only inefficient, but also a health and safety hazard to staff and customers.

The Process

The lift was fitted in one day by our installation team. With staff trained in its operation over two floors, and the lift’s food hygiene features – stainless steel lift car and bi-parting shutters at each entrance – explained.

The Outcome

The Dumbwaiter is discretely positioned and operates well in this busy working environment, raising safety standards for staff and customers.
