The Ryder Cup is a biennial men’s golf competition between teams from Europe and the United States. The competition was founded in 1921 and is contested every two years with the venue alternating between courses in the United States and Europe.
The 42nd Ryder Cup was held in France from 28–30 September 2018 on the Albatros Course of Le Golf National in Guyancourt, a suburb southwest of Paris.
The Pollock Lifts team travelled to Paris in September and installed two disabled platform lifts on the course, remaining on site for the duration of the tournament for maintenance and technical support.
